Fruit Pie

This looks good if nothing else.  Will let you know how it tasted after tonight.
I changed the "crust" from sugar cookie dough to cinnamon roll dough.  Baked at 350 for 12 min.
For the filling I Mixed or whipped the frosting, cream cheese (8 oz) added some powered sugar to taste (1/4th to 1/3rd cup).
Put filling on after it comes out of oven. 
Let cool then refrigerate.
Cut and added fruit.
Refrigerate till serving time.

It make Laundry a bit more easy. All you need is one item. I did a cost annalist the fist time I used it and the cost was about the same and most the time less then buying detergent and fabric softener. So with the amazing coupons and sales.  (Right now CVS has it on sale for BOGO.) You can often get this for a very low price. And if that is not enough they are also helping other woman.  Help a woman in need start her business.  For every barcode you enter that woman gets $1. 

40th Day

Ok so today is the 40th day since I started blogging. And I would love some feed back! Because there are some things I am thinking about changing on my blog, but I wanted to get some input back.  What would you like to see more of, less of, content, format, and ways that you get updated.  I wish I had a fabulous freebie to give away.  If I use your idea I can put you on an I owe you list and see if there is something I can work out with you.

Free Legos

So Caleb has started to love Legos.  And another blogger was blogging about free legos this week. And checking into it not so here in the Atlanta Area.  The Lego Store, for those like me who did not know, is at Discovery Mill  in Lawrenceville and once a month they have a build a mini and take it. It is the First Tuesday of each month and starts at 5:00pm.  And is first come.  We might try it in April.

Painting growth charts

I love to paint. And creating growth charts for some kiddos that are close to my heart was an easy reason to break out the paints.  I tried to base it on things that they love. I do have to confess that I did use some stencils for these.
