Fruit Pie


This looks good if nothing else.  Will let you know how it tasted after tonight.
I changed the "crust" from sugar cookie dough to cinnamon roll dough.  Baked at 350 for 12 min.
For the filling I Mixed or whipped the frosting, cream cheese (8 oz) added some powered sugar to taste (1/4th to 1/3rd cup).
Put filling on after it comes out of oven. 
Let cool then refrigerate.
Cut and added fruit.
Refrigerate till serving time.

  1. It was AMAZING! I had two servings. I'm sure that it's good with the sugar cookie dough, but the cinnamon roll dough was a perfect combo to the fruit and filling.
